Team,
I'm also having a problem with the HTTP Server on the same machine...
It won't start. When I type Apache at the command prompt, one of the errors indicates failure to load a security cfg file.

Sounds like a problem with the httpd.config file. I may contain a reference to a file that does not exist. From the command line try "apache -t" to verify the config file.
