Hi,
In the case of WebLogic the provider URL is comma seperated list of the nodes in the cluster. What is the format of the provider URL in the case of WebSphere 5.0
I have installed WS 5.0 ND version and 2 base versions versions. After installing I have added the two nodes to the deployment manager by running addNode. After that I created a cluster and added the two nodes to the cluster. Now when the cluster is started the two nodes also get started. The JMSServers need to be started explicitly. Along with the nodes added to the cluster server1 in both the nodes are also shown (as stopped
) in the list of Application Servers.
DataSources and JMS resources were created at the ManagerScope, but the Listeners were created for each Node. Now an application is installed using the console of the deployment manager (ND). The application is started, but I am not in a position to do a lookup to the SessionsBeans etc.
Is it due to wrong provider URL? Can anyone please tell what change I have to make for provider URL change for stand-alone and cluster
Thanks in advance,
Subhash
