Anyone get 5.0.1 working?

Hi All,
I just installed fixpack 1 for WAS 5.0 and afterwards none of the applications can start during server startup, including the adminconsole 
It seemed simple enough to install: I just followed the fixpack install wizard and then started the server. No luck! Any thoughts?
