IBM Websphere 4.0.5, classloaders, module visibility

We are using IBM Websphere Application Server 4.0.5
For "Module Visibility", we decided upon Application-J2EE
visibility.
JVM system property:
com.ibm.ws.classloader.J2EEApplicationMode=true
Also, we decided to modify the default behavior for WAR module
classloaders.
JVM system property:
com.ibm.ws.classloader.warDelegationMode=false

Is anybody out there using this configuration?

Are there any disadvantages to using com.ibm.ws.classloader.warDelegationMode=false ?
We are planning to (eventually) migrate these applications to Websphere Application Server 5.0
