"Java Source" in CVS and WSAD

As WSAD J2EE developers know, WSAD wants to store your source code in a folder called "Java Source" in your WAR project. Adding the project to CVS is no problem. However, I want to create a module for the source in CVS in the CVSROOT/modules file. The problem is that a space in the file name turns into a file separator. I've tried wildcards, escape characters, and quoting the directory path, all to no avail. So I put it to the experts here at the ranch: How do I define a module for this?
