Websphere 5.0 has the pluggable user registry. I'm writting a EJB, how can know which group or realm the user belong to. I can get the user name from getUserPrinciple(). Can I use the Websphere's UserRegistry interface?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
