Websphere Test Env. problem

Hello all,
I'm using WSAD 5.1 and running a project. The test env. server is v.4 like my colleagues', but my speed is much slower than theirs. I check with the task manager and find a javaw.exe the server uses occupies 99% of my CPU. My CPU is Intel4 w/ 2.6GHz and my memory is 2G. The machine is from HP, the top equipped one among others, but their CPU usage is only 30~40%. Any idea why?
