Jar File Dependencies - Class not Found Exception

Hi
I have written an application in WSAD and want to run it with Java Web Start. Therefore, I made the jar file of a working Client Project available for download. The client does download the files and starts behaving like a normal stand-alone client. This works up to the point where the client trys to use the classes from an EJB Project.
Question: Within WSAD, I can use all classes of an EJB Project in a Client Project. Outside, this does not work (of course). How can I make that work outside WSAD ?
Can someone help me please ? I am going to despair....

Thanks in advance,
Werner
