Custom Service Classpaths

I've been trying to set-up a Custom Service on NT under WebSphere 4 Single Server Edition, but have been having problems with defining the classpaths.
If I put the JARs that I'm trying to use under the '/lib' directory, the Custom Service works without any problems, but it fails to work if I try to define the directory with the JARs reside.
I've tried unzipping the JARs, using double slashes, and both relative and fully qualified path names.
Any ideas?

A simple upgrade to version 4.0.4 solved my problem.
I was using version 4.0.0 which doesn't seem to be an official release from IBM (maybe why it's buggy as hell), and as a result none of the fix packs would work on it.
...oh, and version 4.0.0 doesn't seem to run EJBs correctly either.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
