What is the message format for IBM MQSeries?
What is the message format for WebSphere MQ?
Are they in XML format?

IBM WebSphere MQ and MQ Series are the same thing. The name just changed from MQ Series to IBM WebSphere MQ a few years ago.

The message format on the wire is a proprietary internal format. However, that's just the format for the header -- the body of the message can be in any format you like, including XML.
