Hot Deployment in WAS 4.0.1

Hi;
Does anybody know how to automatically restart the websphere application server as soon as a file is added to the jar/war. It is possible in Weblogic. I do not know ab't websphere. I am using Websphere application Server4.0.1

Go look in the InfoCenter for 4.0 and search for "hot deployment".
