I am totally new to websphere. In my area there is a lot of work for WS/j2ee analyst, security stuff. Can anyone recomment to a total newb what to look into. I sont really have a budtget to spend 10k$ on coursework either.

Been a Network Engineer MCSE for 6+yrs
taken VB 6 courses and done some scripting in the past.

I think websphere is where its at in the future and a little first hand experience would really benefit me!

Thanks in advance!

We're pleased to have you here with us in the WebSphere forum, but there are a few rules that need to be followed, and one is that proper names are required. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it.

In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious.
