has stuck to all the old threads, can it be removed?
Nobody will post new discussions in the old threads because
of the message. Also, people viewing old threads may get the
impression that the upgrade is still going on.

That's because of the way UBB works. It only creates the HTML when there is an update to a thread. Add a post to one of the threads and the message should go away.

I just ran an admin utility that should have fixed the problem. Any residue of the message?
