problem in JBuilderX

i have a problem in JBuilderX.
i configured WebSphere Application Server5.0 in JBuilderX and i created ear file in JBuilder and while deploying in to the WAS server it is giving the following error.

iam new to WebSphere. please help me how to solve this problem.
