java mail implementation using Websphere mail provider

Can someone tell me how to implement the java application sending email using the websphere building in Mail provider?

or some toturial I can go through for evironment setting and java coding.

But I am wondering if this is the only way to config the mail provider - I mean, has to be done in the adminconsole? Is there any other way in the server config instead of do it in admin console?
