Hi, I'm a medium-level Java programmer and I'd like learn how to use IBM Websphere. I don't have access to a IBM Websphere yet but what can I do to have a great head start?

Can someone give me a brief, brief overview (What I can do with it, and any tutorial links or books?

Thank you so much,

Are you looking at WSAD/RAD (the IDE) or WAS (the application server) ?

To get acquainted with websphere, I would suggest you to download a free 60 day trial of RAD(WSAD6.0) from ibm website.

Make sure you have a high-speed Internet connection when you do that, as RAD downloads are measured not in megabytes but in gigabytes.
