Hello all!

Recently I came across the latest IBM WebSphere Application Server 6.1, I have downloaded it and installed sucessfully, but have no clue about deploying Web application(war) or EJB application(ear) packages, i have tried using the Admin console but unable to do so, i think i am missing something here. Has anybody used the latest from IBM?
Please help me with some docs on the above topics.(Any usefull links will also help)

Using IBM Websphere 6.1.0.0
Build Number : b0620.14
Build Date : 5/16/2006

Regards

I am using WAS 6.1 ND. I could install many .ear / .war files using admin console.

You can get whole bunch of info at ibm info-center at:

Thanks,

Boy, did you ask the wrong person that question.

Here's a link all about deployment and WAS 6:

Also, here's some multimedia tutorials, including one that demonstrates how to deploy a fairl complicated EAR file:

Cheers!
