while using IBM WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit im trying to test some message flows.. yet when im asking connection to DEFAULT_QUEUE_MANAGER it responds with:


Queue manager seems to be fully operational and runing, port is correct... what else can be wrong... and whats this CCSID, where can i check its properties, how change its values for queue managers?

My Google search for "mqexception 2195" suggests that error code 2195 is a generic code meaning "something went wrong". As for CCSID, you can read a brief description in Wikipedia:

I don't know where you configure it in the queue manager.
