Application starting weight in ear

I know that you can specify the starting weight for an application via the WAS admin console. Can you also specify it in an IBM specific descriptor in the ear file, or is the admin console/wsadmin the only way to go?

This is definitely an administrative task that should be configured through the admin console, and not at the ear level.

WebSphere Administrators get very annoyed when little EAR files encroach on their hallowed administrative domain.

I know it should be done via the admin console, but is it possible? The administrators in this case don't mind in the slightest.
