How to re-generate a WSDL

I am using RAD 6.01 and the WebSphere v6.0 Server. I am new to this and need to re-generate the WSDL on an existing webservice application. Basically I was given an url that would replace the existing one in the wsdl file in under the WebContent->WEB-INF->wsdl and WebContent->wsdl directories.
We are using bottom-up web service development approach.
Wondering if you could get some steps to do this

Thanks
