Profiling using IBM Agent Controller with Rational SDP6.0

Hi,
I am to probe into into performance bottle necks in the application running on Webspshere 6.0 and the IDE is RAD6.0.1.
I installed IBM Agent Controller and when I started the application in profile mode, I get a dialogue box asking to set the memory heap dump analysis. I set the Memory Leak Analysis - Manual heap dumps. When I started the monitoring, I get a message "collecting heap dump" but never appears to be collected.
My idea is to collect a manual heap dump before an operation and again collect a heap dump after the operation and then analyze these two dumps.

Pls suggest me how this can be done?

Thanks much
Murali
