Eclipse.org is a great place to go to search for plugins that will work in RSA. I don't believe there is one for RichFaces out of the box.
You can always just go old school, and download the required libraries and add them to the lib directory of your web project. That will make all of the various resources available to you.

McKenzie i want to use Ajax in my JSF project ,thats the only reason i am searching for all these.
