RAD 7.0 Profiling Manual Memory Leak

I have installed RAC v7.0 (Agent Controller) and set it up with RAD v7.0.
I am using JRE 1.4. I am unable to see options for Automatic or Manual Memory Leak Detection in RAD v7.0. I can only select "Basic Memory Analysis" in the set up profile configuration window. I believe these features were available in RAD v6.0. Could someone point to me how I can see these options in RAD 7.0. Thank you very much.
