Today I passed 031 with 80% (48/60). I am happy with that. My experience is that u need: (1) STS 031 test; (2) Jason's book; (3) Biju's book; (4) 9i DBA handbook. Also u will meet about 10 questions based on ur experience as DBA. Books are NOT covering those topic. Good luck for u all ! Leon

you could take either 1Z0-001 or 1Z0-007 for OCP 9i. but originally, 1Z0-001 is for 8i, 1Z0-007 is for 9i, and I think 1Z0-001 shall be more difficult than 1Z0-007. for detail, go to Oracle web site to download exam guide.
I am Preparing for my OCA first paper 1Z0-007 need your help can you suggest me which book is good currently i am using couchman and secondly if possible can you let me know on which topic they put most stress on and is there any other reference site available to refer or any material u have (soft copy) pls send me I will be thankfull to you Manu

More focus on data file, tablespace, segment and different DD view & usage.
Just a remind, please schedule your 1 of your 9i exam before 1st September this year, then you can excepted to the compulsorily hands-on course. This course is every expensive. US $2000 a 5 days course. I've finished 1Z0-007 exam early this month. Good Luck, for those who still haven't take any 9i exam yet. Taking 1Z0-007 is better than taking 1Z0-001 not because of difficulty but price. there is a $35 difference between the two, moreover take 1Z0-007 from your home, cool! Sumit 1Z0-001 1Z0-031 1Z0-032
