Does 1Z0-007 cover PL/SQL?

Hi,
I have a question: in 1Z0-007, it does not cover PL/SQL. Why is that? Which exam is going to cover PL/SQL? I check the Oracle's Checklist. Nothing is talked about the PL/SQL?
Any one has any idea?

My guess is that Oracle will try to push JSP (Java Stored Proceedures) in the future thus obsoleting PL/SQL.
I have no idea why they have dropped it from the exam since PL/SQL is a really useful skill to have for developers (and DBA's ?).
