JDeveloper 9i with SCM

Hi, I'm starting to use the JDeveloper with SCM and it's not going well.
I've created some workareas and containers in SCM repository, and I've uploaded some files to those containers, using the Repository Object Navigator; but I could not made possible to modify those files in the repository from the JDeveloper.
I made a connection to SCM from JDeveloper, I can see the workareas, containers and files from the repository, but I can't to add those files to anyone JDeveloper workspace.
The problem lays in the fact the right-menu options are unabled; since I can't add files to repository from JDeveloper neither modify, check out, files from repository.
If anyone knows, please help me
