Hi All, With all of your support, I passed the exam yesterday with 82.5%. Iam now thinking of persuing 1z0-147(new exam for PL/SQL). I have no material for it yet. Is persuing DBA Fundamentals I (part of OCA/OCP) a good idea instead? Any way Iam a developer and like to continue in that direction. Please advice.
Congrats Priya. The Fundamentals 1 exam is for DBA's. It covers the insides of Oracle, like the SGA, Data Files, Archive Logging, System processes, DBA and V$ views, etc. It is more of a technical design of Oracle rather than a development type exam. Now I strongly recommend understanding how Oracle works in this area, but it isn't necessary for a developer. Mark
