Ashok, you really need to learn to search for information.
There are two rules which solve most of your questions:
1) Use Google
2) If it's a product, go to the vendor's site
I'll ask someone to move this post because "Oracle 8i features" has nothing to do with object-relational mapping...

I think this was really a question relevant to the Hibernate forum... as he was probably refering to the "oracle8" feature configuration of hibernate.
if that is the case, the features include support for SEQUENCE, as well as usage of the 'ROWNUM' based optimization for paging through a result set.
