Problems with listeners

Hello everyone, I am using oracle 9i database, WSAD 5.1.2. I have installed oracle database on my computer. But when I am giving the command lsnrctl services It is giving me this output, which is much different from the one I had before, on my previous computer. I thought I have done some mistakes in installing oracle so I did installed it again. But then to it�s giving me the same error. This is the output that I am getting after running this command lsnrctl services LSNRCTL for 32-bit Windows: Version 9.2.0.1.0 - Production on 10-FEB-2007 14:35: 41 Copyright (c) 1991, 2002, Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved. Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=IPC)(KEY=EXTPROC0))) TNS-12541: TNS:no listener TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error TNS-00511: No listener 32-bit Windows Error: 2: No such file or directory Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=maa)(PORT=1521))) TNS-12532: TNS:invalid argument TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error TNS-00502: Invalid argument 32-bit Windows Error: 22: Invalid argument Any help will be appreciated.
