file path in tomcat

i have c:/myfolder/tomcat.
c:/myfolder/jdk1.3

i able to call my jsp but not able to call my servlets. please let me know if i need to change the path in my conf file to reflect the file structure change.
Initially i was having:
c:/tomcat. for this structure everything is working fine.
