Dear All , Pl. help with a serious problem. I am runnig a server with Tomcat. It was functioning properly for the past 5 months. I had to install a CD writer.This gave me some problem. So I uninstalled the software I used. From then I am not able to connect to server. <Context path="/" docBase="D:\portal" crossContext="false" debug="0" reloadable="true" > </Context> It is not reaching the index.html in the portal folder. It says server cannot be found. I tried to reinstall Tomcat also. What settings would have changed? Pl. help. Bye,Thanks, Bhuvana

What about the basic "Welcome to Tomcat" page? Do you see that when you try to browse your localhost?
