Please don't be afraid, my english is not very good, I'm writing from France
I already read all the topics on installing Tomcat on Win95, but no one of these talk about this problem :
It seems that the %_RUNJAVA% from catalina.bat is too long for a DOS command : A first DOS Shell appears, with :using JAVA_HOME :...., using CATALINA_HOME:.....
and a second shell raises up with :
usage : java org.apache.catalina.startup.catalina [- config {pathname.............}
I tested the same %_RUNJAVA% on NT, and it works, tomcat and the JVM are correctly launched.
On win95, the same command on a shell DOS is truncated, because of a maximal size of a DOS command.
Does someone have the same problem or have a solution ?
thank you.
