I have my application running on machine(say A)
and some jsp's are accessing some service from another machine (say B).It runs fine there isn't problem accessing the url(say b:\someservice:7000 ).
Now when I try to access application on machine A from some other machine (say C) the problem I m getting is that instead of looking for the url (b:\someservice:7000) it is looking that url as
(a:\someservice:8080) i.e. it is looking on its local directory and has replaces the port number.
Hence it is failing.
The url I m reading from my properties file(on the machine where application is running).
Just for information Tomcat version is 3.2.1
Can anybody help me in knowing the error i m doing?
Thanks in advance.

I think that to get help, you'll need to show us some examples of how you're doing the "accessing".

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
Have you checked out Aspose?
