problem starting the tomcat4

Hi all,
till 2 days back I was able to start the tomcat 4 with no problems..but today I am getting some exception when i start the server from the command line. I am not able to figure out what is the problem..
I am attaching below the exception from the tomcat log file.
Please let me know the peoblem ASAP as I can't go ahead with my SCWCD study.

hi,
check whether tomcat is already running as a service under NT.If so,first stop it and then start.Or change the port to 9001 0r so and try again.Let us know the result.
