What process is using that port?

Hi all,

This is a public-service type posting. Many of us have been stumped by trying to figure out what process is running on a certain port on Windows. Unix world has it over us with the command "ps -ef"

Windows users have "netstat", but it is fairly uninformative (no pids or process names)
