java.exe error

hi ,
i am using Jakarta-Tomcat 4.0.3 for web application. i am running simple JSP files on that. but sometimes it showing "java.exe" error and shutting down the server. i am using win2k OS. Is there any problem with WIN2k.

Can you provide a little more info? For instance, what JDK are you using? Also, what do your installation directories look like?

i am using jdk1.2 and i am storing my application in
Apache Tomcat 4.0\webapps\Root\myapplication
and i also found that if i make any changes in my JSP file and refresh the browser it shows java.exe error. And according to log file it shows :
