Apache shows on localhost but not from another machine

Hey all,
I have installed Apache on my RedHat 7.3 box. Everything looks configured properly as when I open Konqueror and go to localhost, I get the "Seeing this instead of the website you expected?" screen. So everything looks good so far. However, when I try to go to the server through another machine on the network, nothing comes up. IE gives the "The page could not be displayed" message and Mozilla gives an alert box with "The connection was refused..."
I have installed it many times before but never had this happen until today.
Does anyone have any ideas?

What level of security did you select when you installed RedHat 7.3? Typically you'll need an entry in /etc/sysconfig/ipchains to open up the firewall and let external clients access via port 80.

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
