I want or create 3 different instance of tomcat which does not interfere with each other.
Can anyone explain Step be Step, how to achieve that taking some example like how to set CODEBASE, etc.

You can run Tomcat on different ports. You will have to set different ports by changing the server.xml configuration file.

Debashish, could you please explain how to achieve this step by step.
If I change only port in the server.xml for different context, no application will be accessible when tomcat is stopped. What I am looking is totally independant instance of tomcat which can be started/stopped separately for different applications.
I know this can be achieve by copying some directories of Tomcat and setting CODEBASE. But don't exacly know where to set this and what path should I set to, if i have 3 applications.
