Does anyone know where I can find one? I've seen a couple, but I'm hoping I can find one with recent versions of each instead of really old ones. Thanks!

Some of the old ones still work for newer versions, although I 'feel your pain'. It still requires a large amount of tweaking to get things working.
If someone doesn't get to this before I do, when I return to work (where I have the bookmarks in my browser) I'll post the very useful links I found.

BTW, I got Apache 2.0.46 installed and configured today. Next step, Tomcat.
