Tomcat log

Since I'm on a Windows 2000 box instead of Solaris, I'm not sure about how to obtain a dynmically updated Tomcat log window. I see that there is a log for every day in the Tomcat log directory, but looking at it with notepad is static disappointment. Anybody know how to do this?
