preventing tomcat from running under Sun one studio developer

I'm using the Sun one studio package for my IDE, however, I would like to permanantly shut off Tomcat since I'm deploying to websphere. I tried to shut it down but I get a classpath error. It's a classpath that has boostrap in it (I don't remember the exact messsage), but this was the path set by Sun one studio when it was installed. Any ideas? I would like to be able to uninstall it completely.
