Referenced memory coud not be read

Hi
i am running weblogic server and weblogic portal server where my apache 3.0 is configured into the weblogic server. I am keep on getting popups
Application popup: Apache.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x10004900" referenced memory at "0xffffffff". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

what is the solution to avoid this , usally this is coming when i am opening a browser or something like that.

That sounds like a serious Apache bug, nothing to do with Java. Perhaps your copy is damaged?
