Hi everybody,
i have downlodaded jakarta-tomcat-5.0.14.zip . my os is windows XP.
can anyone tell me how to invoke servlets using tomcat.and to start and stop the server.
Actually i dont have any idea about tomcat, but i have invoked servlets using javawebserver previously.
where can i find reference guide for tomcat server for beginners.

Hope that helps.
To start server, you have startup.bat file in bin folder and to stop server there is shutdown.bat file.
