Session expired in tomcat

I need help for session expired in tomcat.How to control session expired?

From the ../conf/web.xml file:

  <!-- ==================== Default Session Configuration ================= -->
  <!-- You can set the default session timeout (in minutes) for all newly   -->
  <!-- created sessions by modifying the value below.                       -->
    <session-config>
        <session-timeout>30</session-timeout>
    </session-config>
  

That file sets the default for all applications but you can override it in your own web.xml.
