Configure Maximum number of threads in a servlet

Hello all,
Is there is a means to Configure the Maximum number of threads in a servlet at a time in Tomcat. For instance i want all my servlets in Tomcat to have no more than 10 concurrent threads executing.
How can i configure for that , if possible

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
