running Apache and Tomcat together

I am running Apache 2.0 and Tomcat 5. Right now Apache is listening to port 82 and Tomcat to port 8080. If I want both of them to listen to port 82 so that I can run application from http://localhost:82/myApp/index.jsp should where should I change the port setting in Tomcat?

The conf/server.xml file defines which ports Tomcat listens to.
However, you can't have two programs listening to the same port - whichever is started first gets to keep it.
