Configure different manager for different applications

Hi,

I am using Tomact 4.1. I have defined two users A and B with manager role and two applications - APP1 and APP2. How can I define that manager A can only access APP1 and manager B can only access APP2 ?

are each of the apps hosted on their own virtual host?
