apache stop error

I am using apache and tomcat integrated server...
I was getting 500 server error so tried to stop and start apache but its not stopping givin the following message.. I was able to restart tomcat though...

[root@plain root]# /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd stop
[Thu Sep 23 04:27:18 2004] [warn] module mod_jk.c is already added, skipping

The warning u see is NOT the cause.. there shud be something else.. release the ports & try..

think the moderator is gonna talk to u abt repeat of the same message
