Connection Refused

Hi all. I trying to run a program on Mandrake 10 that uses tomcat. However when I run the program, which executes tomcat.sh, I get a java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused which keeps repeating (see last line). Can someone tell me what that is about and how to remedy it? The system printout is below. Thanks.

Hi,

I think the problem is in creating database connection.

Check ur server.xml.Check the whether the database parameters you have given for the appplication "app" is correct or not.

Moving this to the JDBC forum...

The connection in question is not a database connection but rather a network connection, so this post was moved to JDBC in error.

I am moving it to the Tomcat forum.
