Configuring Tomcat admin

Hi there! In a server using multiple virtual hosts how do I configure the admin for a specific host? Is it possible, how to set the permissions? I know that having a admin.xml on my $Catalina_home/conf/$engine/$host would do it, but what should I put on it?
